Shawn: Just a note to thank you so much for all of your help with our recent Hawaii vacation. The snorkel trip was wonderful and the luau was more than we ever expected! I want to thank you for helping me with our trip to Maui . We had a great time. The snorkeling was unbelievable and the luau was fabulous. We took a hike with Maui Hiking Safari and we had a great time with him also. We drove the road to Hana and that was fun. The only bad part was that we had to leave! Alvaro, My name is Vanette Kyrias, a treatment counselor for Dr. Harry Sugg, in Dallas, Tx. I am writing to commend an employee of yours, Shawn Blackwell. I have been in charge of getting an unbelievable itinerary together for my boss. He wants to cram about a 2 week vacation into about 8 days. I started off by looking on the internet for someone to help me book some tours. I called the 1st number that I came across which was your employee's, Shawn Blackwell! Not thinking about the time difference, it was 4:00 am when I placed this call to Shawn. When Shawn answered I asked her a couple of questions that she answered and then told me she would call me back after she woke up and got some answers together for me. I apologized for waking her up at such a rude hour, but then I just kept talking and asking her questions. She was amazing! She never once got irritated or short with me...she just went with the flow and answered every question that I had. I finally let Shawn go back to sleep and left for work. As soon as I got to work, Shawn had already called and left me a voice-mail with some excellent ideas and very knowledgeable information. Shawn ended up speaking with my boss and I on a conference call and put together an exceptional package of tours together for us! Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend Shawn to everyone that I come across that needs any assistance with their travel itinerary. Shawn displayed a very high moral and integrity when dealing with us. I'm sure you are well aware of the huge asset Shawn must be to your company, but I wanted you to know the asset she has been to me in assisting me with our travel arrangements. Hi I wanted to personally thank you for the GREAT JOB that you did in having to re-schedule all of our activities. We really enjoyed the Bike Ride down Haleakala and the 5 hour Molokini Snorkel trip. We had a fantastic vacation in Hawaii and we owe no small part of our successful trip to you. What a wonderful resource you are. Knowing you is like having a personal shopper for our vacation. You helped us charter a private boat, rent cars on two islands, do the sunrise bike tour down a volcano, attend a Luau, sail up the Napali coast and tour Kauai by helocopter! What a trip. Many people love to have a great time but it even feels better when they know they are getting a great deal! Hi Shawn, just a quick note to say thank you for helping us setup all our activities while on Maui. The Hapa Papas tour of Hana was the best tour I have ever had. We had Joe as our driver and he was just so much fun andknowledgable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The helicopter tour was also one of our favorites. The sunset cruise though I would not recommend, just so you know. There wasn't enough food, drinks were weak, etc. I'm sure if we were able to go on the original boat out ofLahina it would have been fine. The Luau at the Renniance was very good too. Food and entertainment were equally good. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you again for a great job. Your fantastic and I will surely recommend you to everyone I know going to Maui.Thanks again.

Hi Tricia, Wow, what a fun time we had in Maui. The time flew by. Was nice meeting you and was wonderful that you were able to stop by the condo and visit. On the way home we discussed that a return trip was necessary; 6 days was just not enough! We have officially slated 2 weeks next year for our second visit. Hi Tricia, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on maui and we are back home now. Also, my brother and his wife signed up for the timeshare program for the explorer package. My brother said it was all my fault J. They really liked what they saw.As for all the activities, they said they had never done so much on one vacation and they had a wonderful time. We made the drive all the way around the island (both sides) and the only thing we did not do was the drive up to Haleakala. We have to save something for the next time, right? The Luau was wonderful too! My brother and his wife have been to several, but they said the renaissance was the best they ever been to. Ulelena was a great surprise for them and we all enjoyed it. Oh! The submarine ride was great too! I really enjoyed it and didn’t get sick!Mahalo for all your help! It was great meeting you! Glad we had the chance.Aloha

Hi Shawn, How are you? I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time there thanks to you and that we were able to do so many activities! By the way, we went to the time share meeting with Shell and we ended up buying one, so we can take trips with the girls too and at some point we can come back over to Maui.Hawaii uses the most points. Sorry for getting back to you so late, but I did want to thank you for all your help with the boats and the ports and all that. In the end I did make all my boat rides and had the best vacation ever. This was a wonderful experience. If time is a priority, I suggest one uses this company to book your tour. The guide was was able to give a lot of valuable information. The tour was both educational and enjoyable.

We had a great time on the submarine tour. It was much better than we were expecting -- not quite the highlight of our trip but almost! If you have never done one of these submarine tours, do it! It is beautiful. Very peaceful. Completely safe.

Andrea - Thank you again for your assistance with our Maui activities. We just landed this morning back in Denver - thank goodness the weather was 70 today so the transition wasn't too harsh! Our spring winter storms can dump a lot of snow this time of year! We really enjoyed the PWF snorkel trip - the Voyager crew was extremely helpful, the food was good (loved the cookies!!!) and the weather was perfect! The kids really got their day full of marine life, snorkeling & swimming and to top if off with whales all around us on our return home. It was well worth it! Thank you for your assistance in making this a memorable trip for us! BTW: the Luau was fun as well. Thanks for the tip of arriving early as it was a full house! We had a great parking space & great seats in the center. The kids will remember this a long time to come. My daughter just loved the pork! Just thinking of it makes our mouths water again! I took my girlfriend to Maui for a week and brought her back my fiancée. We had such a great time. Thank you for setting up the helicopter, the dinner cruise, the big game fishing and the scuba diving. It was all perfect. Everything went exactly as planned. It was a great idea to set it all up and pay for it before we ever left and everything was just there waiting for us. Thanks again.
